Grand Blue Pickaxes: All 7, Recipes and How to Get a Handle
Better pickaxes break ores faster and roll better loot. Here is every pickaxe on the community Trello with the level it needs and what goes into it.

Every crafted pickaxe is made at the workbench. Diamond and Obsidian also need one and two mining rebirths; you can rebirth a life skill every 100 levels.
What is the Handle?
Every crafted pickaxe, the Black Briar sword and the Show Stopper gun need a Handle. The Trello lists the Handle as a recipe ingredient but has no card for it yet, and none of the videos we checked shows where it is made, so we are not going to guess. It is one of the most-asked mining questions right now, and we will add the answer once a source shows it.

Obsidian is also what the Black Briar sword is crafted from. The Dwarf race gives a 15% chance to double mining and smelting output and +25% mining experience.
Mining upgrades
After a mining rebirth you can buy upgrades such as Seasoned Miner (+20% mining experience per rank), Miner’s Presence (nearby ore slowly cracks on its own) and Prospector’s Instinct, which makes rare ores glow through rock within 500 studs.
